Responsibilities
Coordinate and optimize daily business operations across departments.
Oversee contract management, HR coordination, certifications, and KPIs.
Collaborate closely with management to align operational strategy with company goals.
Ensure compliance with ISO, NIS2, and other cybersecurity-related standards.
Support growth initiatives by streamlining workflows and enabling scalability.
Required Characteristics
3+ years of experience in operations, project management, or related role.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with compliance frameworks (ISO 27001, NIS2, etc.) is a plus.
Excellent communication skills in Greek and English.
Startup/scale-up mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
